Yeah it's amazing that we saw the case, the screen, and the logic board, but not one single assembled unit. I was sure that some moronic Best Buy employee would've opened up one of their stock ahead of time; but there are probably repercussions for doing so (e.g. Gitmo).

I saw a note on one of the blogs that there have been 12 million Android OS tablets shipped globally - Xooms, Fires, Nooks - from the beginning of the segment to date - total.

At this rate Apple will sell that many of the new iPad in less than a month.

Oh those evil MF'ers! They moved the sensor to be JUST ABOVE the old location, and also added one near the slide switch (there could be more) but most importantly the one that used to be right smack in the middle of the right side is GONE!

There was no reason to do this other than force you to buy a new cover or just to piss you off, which it has now succeeded in doing.

I had been under the impression that the Ipad 2 Otterbox case would not work. I just installed it on my new Ipad..it seems to work fine for me.
