Geek my ride - Episode 2
I began this part of the adventure by getting an Opus Mini-ITX case from mp3car.com I chose this case because it fit my needs in that it comes with the 120W DC-DC power supply already installed and can accomodate 2 PCI cards (video & TV tuner).
The motherboard came next, a VIA EPIA MII12000 Mini-ITX Mainboard with 512MB of RAM and a 1.3ghz processor. Here's the case with everything crammed in 100GB 2.5" harddrive, GeForce 5500 video card, Linksys wireless adaptor, DVD/CDRW drive and so forth. Fired up and running on Windows XP... Here's the Road Runner front end that I'm running. It's setup for the touch screen and allows me to control just about everything from right here. I'll get this all buttoned up now and get in the car. Stay tuned for episode 3
