How long is the crack? Bad thing is,with it being winter and a cold windshield when you crank up the defroster the crack can really take off.

There is no crack. A rock hit the windshield and chipped the glass. There is no crack at all. It happened Monday morning and was repaired this morning. So, in the meantime the windshield has been cold and warmed by the defroster air.

It should be ok for a while if they repaired it pretty quick. Unless the view of looking thru it bothers you,I'd leave it alone.

Well its a perk of having good grades and the professor you work for has late classes or evening classes trust me I work, just lucky enough to it according to his schedule. And he has given me a couple of light weeks because I did about .75 of the annual report and spent a lot of hours doing the financial statements and schedule of transactions.
