pork loin grilling
I want to grill a pork loin this weekend I usually baste it with salt water and Vineagar ,and want a change any good variations.

Have you ever brined one. I often brine pork with great results. Of course you could still baste with vinegar and water and lemon.
I think I would brine it, crush up a good many rosemary needles in it, maybe some lemon and sage or bay leaves. |

You could also use stuff like apple cider. and some lemon grass.
Herbs used on chicken are also good on pork. |
