this shows that the reaction to something is slower than the initial action. the guy in the car could decide when and how to act, and the guy on the outside took too long to register what that action was and could not react fast enough.

My understanding is he purchased the weapon a week or so before he met his maker. No doubt he was not mentally prepared to shoot. He tried to intimidate the wrong person. I’d doubt he ever even shot the rifle. Now dumbasses here are lionizing the guy. He din doo nuffin. I hope Satan is ****ing him up the ass.

There is going to be a lot more of this kind of thing happening.
