If you had earned free flights from the old program and want to use them now the days you can use them are so limited it's pathetic. Under the new program there are no blackout dates or times but you can’t use the old program to fly on most weekends. And if it’s a holiday weekend you better want to get there on Wednesday before and stay till the next Wednesday most of the time. There are a few exceptions but not many. The wife use to be able to fly here on Friday and leave on Sunday using her free trips not any more. I’m pissed

But yeah, I do hate when companies change their reward programs on you and all the stuff you were saving up for becomes useless

S'west sucks. Not as bad as the rest, but they still suck. Their website is a major PITA, too.

oh yea when they changed it a few months back it got worse than it was.

My wife told me yesterday she signed me up for that very program. I'm neither shocked nor surprised that it is pretty much useless.

I liked it when I first signed up for Rapid Rewards. When you made you reservation online, you had to make 4 round trips, then you got a free flight. 4 trips from Houston to New Orleans, then you get a free trip from Houston to Vegas, or Spokane to visit relatives, or Boston to visit friends.

Yes, the new program stinks.
