Its a disgrace the mandate went as long as it did without a successful legal challenge. The amount of authoritarian power we effectively granted our government leaders this last year is sickening.

I'm absolutely fine with businesses requiring their customers to wear masks...i'm not okay with the government having the authority to mandate as such....or work mandating a private business be closed.

Fixed. Yes our idiot governor is going to get a recall, so he has been opening up some of the economy due to pressure, but having a problem with schools due to the teacher's union saying no.

The market will decide what people prefer. I intend to keep away from mask requirements and will spend twice the amount at stores without them.

It should not require anything more than a sign that says

This store does not require masks. Enter at your own risk.

..and I will do just that.

This is such bullshit.

The list of businesses that DGAS that the mandates has stopped, is growing. I HOPE HOPE HOPE they have a clear view of their competition from their store so they will watch the market decide what is acceptable.

Kroger can kiss my ass. HEB says they'll "encourage" customers to wear one. Kroger demands it. Fortunately, most of the other businesses are not ones I visit anyway.
