Default Closed on our new house today
Moving back to Michigan (northern MI) next week, not sure why but that's another story. Got a nice deal on a house that was on the market for over a year, the owner is some surgeon at the local hospital so I don't feel bad about the loss he's taking.

It's on 1.25 acres next to a cherry orchard and 2 miles to Long Lake, 8 miles to Grand Traverse Bay and 15 miles to lake Michigan for what that's worth.

Yes it's very beautiful, been there many times. Lots of great roads for driving the Vette around.
