Default Mecum Dallas - Lots Of Pics
Mecum held their first auction here in Dallas. I went with NikiQ and Zed16 and lemme tell ya...the selection of cars was amazing. I brought back a few pics.

We really enjoyed it. I watch Mecum all the time, so it was cool to actually be there. I was going to register as a bidder but at the last minute decided not to. I'll probably do so next year.

The '71 'Cuda was my favorite also. It was a resto-mod and beautifully done with a modern Hemi, Vintage Air, a complete custom interior and an Alterkation front end. It's supposed to go up for auction today. I'd be surprised if it didn't sell for six figures.

You'd be very surprised. Lots of good deals to be had there. A yellow '71 LT-1 Vette in great condition sold for $21,000.

If I'm spending the money for a Ferrari, I'm not buying a Toyota that can barely beat a Nissan GT-R, in a straight line, and is questionable in the corners.

Who cares what they say I can do with the car

For that coin, I'm buying a used Lambo, preferably the Murci but possibly the Gallardo, and sending it to Underground Racing for a TT package and 1,000+ whp.
