There never really is any great way to handle these things. The only advice I can say, is just walk away and let her have the freedom she wants. It is never easy, but accepting it for what it is and walking away the bigger person is the the best path.

My only suggestion...as I have done in the past...is for you to consult with a good attorney IMMEDIATELY. Most attorneys will give you an initial consultation for free and you’d be amazed at how much better you’ll feel after you talk to someone who can present your options to you in a concise and unemotional manner. Even if you don’t proceed with things right away, it’s always a good idea. And resist the temptation at all costs to get advice from and confer with well meaning friends, whether they be in the real or virtual world. Emotional support? Absolutely. Advice? Not a great idea.

I fell asleep shortly after my last post and slept until 1:00 AM. Couldn't go back to sleep from there. She has actually been communicating via text. We're both being civil and acting like adults. She felt that I was no longer attracted to her. Which makes no sense (have you seen me and seen her?). She is coming to the house tonight so we can discuss things.

I get it. I get fed up with other people's shit too, but I don't leave. There may still be a chance to save this mess before it's all over. Either way, I need some sleep. My ass hurts from a nonstop pooping spree since all this began. On the up side, I've managed to keep some crackers in my gut.
