We smoke it for about an hour then finish it off in the oven. Best ever

Sounds good but I can’t imagine firing up the smoker for meatloaf. When I do it’s an all day thing and I ain’t feelin like tossing a meatloaf on there.

While it’s not to long to smoke a bacon wrapped meatloaf or pork tenderloin

Didn’t want to spend a fortune if I didn’t like it so the smoker is ready in ten minutes.

Little electric thing that feeds new pucks every 10 mins.
