Getting down towards final floor plans. Shaded is existing, so a 14'x24' extension on the right side.

Starting from the ground up: basement.

Main level, convert the master bathroom to a guest powder room. Much needed pantry storage near the kitchen. Master turns into a sitting room. Much larger closet than the one I designed for a weekender, larger bathroom, 240V Euro bar and a future lift from the basement level.

Second level was a bit of a challenge since the windows on the right side of the existing bedroom are the main source of light. So I removed the small closet and put a "captains window" in its place. The attic becomes a closet with its own hydronic heating zone and lots of storage for Baby Doll. It features a half-glass door with a French balcony.

If there's not enough light in the bedroom I can swap out the door to the closet with a half or full glass.
