Got no problem with anything he said. Sadly I wound up voted for the lesser of two evils, hoping with all my might that the lesser gets it right.

The guy is Johnathan Pie:

Quote:
Jonathan Pie is a satirical news reporter character created and played by actor Tom Walker. He is known for his apparent 'out take' rants of a conflicted reporter speaking his mind about the state of UK politics. His first spoof news report was released just after the election of Jeremy Corbyn as leader of opposition in the UK Parliament. The "report" was in response to mainstream media reporting, in particular the weight given to a past relationship with Diane Abbott and the fact that he "stuck his willy in a woman". Walker was soon approached by several media companies, including RT UK, the Russian government-funded television network, who offered him complete creative control. He worked with them for several months until deciding to split in July 2016 prior to a show at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
He's also the typical Brit who has to act outraged even though he has no dog in the fight. Hey Britain...newsflash...our election doesn't affect you, so take a pill.

He nails the truth right head-on! That being said, he's still a shit eating, greasy, libtard limey prick who's own countrymen will be wearing burkas along with their women in a few years. The self-destructive Left marches toward the cliff...

Over time, I also wasn't terribly comfortable with his temperament and some of the off-the-cuff statements he made. He was at times his campaigns own worst enemy and saying some of the things that he did made him look like he was going off the reservation. Perhaps it was part of the strategy, but I would have done it differently.

I think he's sharp and intelligent. Im happy he won and I'm cautiously optimistic about his Presidency. But that doesn't mean I don't think there were better choices out there.

based on the above, didn't watch it.

but i really don't care what some foreigner thinks of our elections. it a decision We the People get to make, with regard to our interests, not what will please some potentate somewhere that I don't bow down to.

and if you didn't like the result, well, rioting and destroying things is a poor method to convince others that your viewpoint is correct.

I got the impression that you were more 'head core' than you were I suppose. It's no secret here my position. I'm far from disappointed, it's probably the best realistic result. I'm more happy that she lost, than I am he won. Let's see what happens...the potential is heeeuuuuge....

The guy speaks the truth and Republicans that can't handle his statements are pretty much on the same level as the Dems that had their heads in the sand where Hillary was concerned. Things don't have to be black and white. Thinking Trump is perfect as well as his supporters being perfect is short-sighted. There are things, major things, wrong with both parties. Honestly, Trump should have been an Independent, but he would NEVER have won that way. He is a negotiator, and a strategist by nature and he may have known more than we gave him credit for. His good and bad behavior saturated the airwaves and Hillary's crimes and health issues were the only thing that took that attention away. Dumb luck gambling or pure genius? I think a mix. His most genius move by far was Kellyanne. I have an enormous respect for her and her ability to reign him in when needed and her "nose to the grindstone" push to the finish line. She was never without an intelligent response to a question or issue.

I winced at some of the stuff that seemed to serve no other purpose than giving the Hilliariots and their media underlings more ammunition.

That said, I am f**king thrilled at the outcome. Thrilled as f**k.
