Default In true 2020 tradition...
My neighbor has someone staying with him that is schizophrenic.

His doctor came by the other day and asked if he could go in our backyard and try to find the guy's pills that he threw somewhere.

Yesterday the neighbor shouts to my mother over the fence, to let him know if their roommate is throwing things at our dog.

You best believe if he throws something at my dog in harm, he will be physically notified of the event.

What happened to good old fashioned nut houses?

if it were me... I'd call the police and start a papertrail to document this.

When it's the tenth time and you've had enough.... they will claim "it's the first time anything has ever happened" and try to make you look like the psycho.
