Default Michigan no-fault insurance

Anyone from Michigan changing your PIP options?

https://www.plantemoran.com/explore-...surance-reform

My health insurance is an EPO from Blue Cross and it is considered my primary provider.
At this point I am planning on choosing option 6:no PIP
I will talk to my state farm agent first of course

I dunno nuttin about other states, but here in Floriduh that no fault crap should END....wife got slammed at 45 mph while at a light, pushed into car ahead of her, her car totaled......I had put a fresh engine in it not a year before....got nothing for the car....it's only 10/20 coverage on the lo end.....

Thank GOD for the NCM coverage on my '72 witch gets maybe 5k of use over a two year period......

but what the hell, the car goes at most 3 miles to a grocery store every two weeks or so.....wife's car obviously get the vast majority of use about 25k/year.....

No I am not changing it. It's expensive but it's worth it to me to have it.

Looks like my health insurance is considered "qualified health coverage" so that's like over $300 savings every 6 months.
It provides unlimited coverage so it's kinda redundant to pay for both.

Millennium vette, I'm at the Kelloggs bakery on 28th street, probably the last place in GR to have good health insurance

Just eat a bowl of Kellogg's CornFlakes every day and you'll be in perfect health.

Dr. Kellogg introduced Kellogg's Corn Flakes in hopes that it would reduce*dyspepsia*and, in accordance with the practices of the Seventh-day Adventists,*masturbation*and excessive sexual intercourse.[7][8][9][failed verification]

It does look like you are all-set. It would still be a good idea to double check to make sure. And get it in writing. I would trust gas station sushi and bad neighborhoods at night before I would ever trust any insurance company.

I'm in PA ( at least for now ), check out Tort options too. "Full Tort" allows you to sue for damages.

Another item is underinsured coverage.
