I used to do some crazy ass ramp shit but never got injured, ya dumfk.

We were in Miami and just happened to be driving by a group of kids who had a ramp set up by a canal. Like a skateboard ramp. Kid flew at it and did a backflip into the canal. That was badass.

We solved who was fastest on bicycles by having you ride through a gauntlet of dirt clod throwers. You learned fast how to lead the clod to the rider. It helped me greatly with dove hunting.

I'm not saying that this isn't real, but it's so easy to fake vids these days.

And with so much going on behind the scenes, the truth may never be known for this and plenty of other activities.

When in grade school in the 1950s we had a rather rough form of king of the mountain we played out behind the building. At lest 3 kids that I know of were taken to the hospital. The school brought in equipment and took the whole hill out.

Don't even get me started on the various "sweet ramps" we'd build and launch ourselves into corn fields, ditches, whatever. Sometimes we'd even make a token effort at protective gear, like football helmet and shoulder pads.
We used plastic garbage cans cut into the shape of forearm protectors, chest protectors, etc. then have BB gun wars. Only rule was no shooting in the face.

Quiter. I used my friends bike once and it broke in half on the landing.

We had a 15 acre (Gonna be a park someday) field across from our house. There used to be a big farmhouse, they tore it down and left the pit where the basement was. We built ramps and tried to jump the basement. No one made it, everyone crashed. A guy named Crayton tried and he rotated in the air till he was upside down with the bike on top of him when he landed. Really screwed him up.

I did that to my littler brother's stingray, he cried that day. I also took a pretty good shot to the groin when I landed, max air was probably 15'. I carried the two pieces of the bike back to the house, told my dad what happened, my brother still crying, and dad cracked up and took my brother out and got him a new better bike, and told me I wasn't allowed to touch it.

(I touched it...)
