Air Blower
My Air Blower something you guys call the Leaf Blower is about 6 years old and the propeller lost it's bolt and all got bent out of shape.
I was going to buy a new one but, looked at the Sears web site and they still sell the parts for it. Ordered, received and project for today is done. Remove the old. Red Loctite to ensure this one never comes loose. This SOB has an airfoil. My 220 MPH air blower. It's main purpose is to remove water from the Vettes and DD after I wash them, clean the garage and clean the sidewalk if I think is worth cleaning. Excellent for engine cleaning. |

The other place is no longer worth my work. There is some idiots there asking stupid questions. I posted the
differential thread because I wanted members to know who the shop is. few SoCal Members PMd me and I provided the shops name, location and web site. In a thread like this they would ask: Whats the wind speed? Is that one electric or gas? Where did you buy it? How much did you pay for it? (he has no plans on buying one) How come you didnt buy a gasoline one? I dont see an electrical cord, how does it work? |

Nice job. I cleaned my garage with my "air blower" today!
I'm going to start calling mine an "air blower" instead of a leaf blower cuz I never blow leaves with it, just dry the Vette and clean the garage. Pic of "air blower". |

What does the Environmental Impact Statement look like and what is its carbon footprint? Does it have a safety guard to prevent the air from coming out the end, to prevent an idiot from propelling a projectile into their face when they are looking in the end to see where the wind is blowing from?

Electric? I had one. I hated luggin an extension cord around the scallion ranch with it. Now I have a gas one. Mucho better.

I like electric because it works at 100$ every time I turn it on. My weed wacker is gas and it works at it's own terms. Sometimes works good, ok but rarely great. My edger is also electric. If I could find a strong electric weed wacker I would buy it but, all electric weed wackers are weak.

I have both and both are good for their own reasons. The gas one is good because I can fire it up anytime anywhere but I always have to mess with mixing the gas and I have to have gas in the can. The electric one will always work without fail but is limited to how far I can stretch the cord(s) and is constantly getting hung up on something. I guess I got lucky on both of them, I've had them for nearly 10 yrs and they both run perfect.

Pete's just waiting for the day that they require smog devices on your gas weed whacker plus a $100 yearly registration fee.
