Equifax settlement letter
Abotu 1.5 years later... I finally received a letter about the $125 settlement.
Anyone else? ref: https://www.thevettebarn.com/forums/...d.php?t=119873 letter says I have to send in "proof" by April 17, 2020... proof that I was using a credit monitoring service at the time, and kept the monitoring service for 6 months after the claim was initially submitted. |

Yeah, I had received that letter a couple of months ago. I suppose I could say that my Discover Card is providing me with some sort of protection. Hopefully that will work...

So what did Equifax get? A slap on the hand while they ****ed over everyone who NEVER signed up for their credit recording. **** THEM. The only ones that made out are the lawyers. $125? Really - for ****ing up millions of peoples personal information and possible loss of money.
