Zup Jimbly? Chilling with Blondie. Doing projects around the house. Took the Vette out for a ride to the dealership to quell some management issues in the service department. If I have to show up again tomorrow there will be 2 people seeking employment elsewhere. We're adults, act like it.

These two just need to figure it out and not pass the buck. The job is easy, get a truck in, diagnose, assign a tech to repair and get it out. Don't make promises you can't deliver on and when you Fuch up, don't blame the tech, parts department, your period, the fight you had with your significant other last night, etc.
