And from North Florida, we have this important test of the 1st Amendment.

The sticker says "I Eat Ass"! The police officer told him he could scratch out the last s on ass and go along his way. The idiot refused and his fat ass was taken off to jail!!

Do I think the sticker is tasteless, of course. Is it protected under the first amendment, yes. Florida is wrong in this case. But these days, you can get hauled off for hurting someones feelings by saying something they don't like.

This is small time compared to the tech companies and social media platforms banning people for things they consider derogatory. The left is attacking the First Amendment by classifying anything contrary to their narrative as hate speech.

Not surprising, considering their disdain for the 2nd Amendment as well.

We are being manipulated, and many are too stupid to realize.

I wonder if the officer would have pulled him over if the bumper sticker said "Trump is an ass"......

At the very least, that deputy is going to get a lesson in picking your battles. He made a big mistake in ordering the motorist to remove one "S" then charging him with resisting and arresting him after he refused.

What tech companies and social media companies censor has nothing to do with the first amendment. They are private entities and can ban or censor any of their users as they see fit.
