today they are working on the driveway system. lowering the gravel/dirt level in front of the garage for proper drainage, grading the underlying dirt/gravel, compacting it with a vibrating roller, and then later top coat of base course, which will be graded nicely and also compacted.

you can feel the house shake when they are working nearby with the roller.

4th and final day today. finish the driveway work, add a short path from the house to the driveway that leads to the shop (so i can stop walking thru mud).
