No reason to turn it off all the way when the 'comp mode' lets you hang the ass end out 3-4 feet before it intervenes. Guys who go coil-over and soft compound at the same time have to turn it off though. the mode before that lets you spin the tires, but doesn't let the rear scoot out more than 6" to 1 foot before it reigns in the fun. Then you have totally on which is great for the street, especially for these 40 degree mornings. I've had my C6 on Spring mountain. Comp mode is good. Maybe I'd turn the whole thing off if i was driving a school car, but i don't want to stuff $40k of my money into the tire barrier. |

You would wad up a C6 in 3 months if you drove one with the system off. The transaxle cars will bite you faster than the front heavy C4.
now if you are talking about your C4- I get it..I just liked it in the rain, but you can live without it. |
