The good citizen that I am I decided to swing by the police department and ask if there was anything I could do to help as a witness. I was quite pleased to learn that it was not just a random snatch, grab theft. It apparently was a domestic dispute, and the woman refused to press charges….

It actually is quite a relief because it’s very unusual to see such a crime in this nice suburban area where I was driving.
