I try to drink less soda now, but my go to always has been Dr Pepper. Works great for 'root beer' floats as well. For mixing alcoholic drinks, like a rum and Coke, Coke is unquestionably the best, but when I have that hankering, R.C. Cola is an acceptable, but not as good, substitute.

I am too white for Coke products. So I don’t ont Coke products now. I will not buy Coke products right down to their Dasani bottled water. Vegas tap water, which sucks, is preferable.
