It can happen.
I emptied a van(old GMC Vandura panel van) years ago going to Montreal with some friends.
I was a little chilly and I let out a few of those silent and real hot ones.
The ones that put a smile on your face.

Within seconds they had to pull the van over as people were gasping for air as they're were no windows except in the front.
Out of the 8 people 2 people were gagging so bad they puked.

It takes a special kind of person to conjure up that butt magic.
