I prefer somebody in office that realizes you can't spend more than you make. I want someone who actually has run a business and knows the struggles behind that. I want someone who isn't a career politician. If that makes me a loser so be it. I know of plenty of people who would like to be as big of a loser as I am. |

Not at all. If I thought he has the temperament and control his impulses and consider the consequences of his actions I would be all for a Trump administration. We share a lot of opinions, and he is not beholding to any political PAC that I can think of. My problem pure and simple is that the man can be a total d!ckwad, then brag about it on Twitter and think that somehow furthers his cause. NOT.

1. I wouldn't vote for Hillary if Hell froze over. Period. 2. A vote for the third or fourth party candidates is, in reality, a vote for Hillary. F'eck that. 3. Not voting would be the same as Option #2. That pretty much leaves Trump. |

A vote for a third or fourth party candidate is exactly that... one person choosing the candidate he/she prefers. It is a zero sum game for the two major party candidates since neither of them gets that individual's vote. If one still believes in free will, and refuses to choose the lesser of two evils just to be somehow "socially acceptable"; not holding one's nose and voting seems a perfectly logical and noble thing to do.

It isn't a zero sum game- math must not be your strong suit. |

I failed calculus, twice. However let me say this; each of us must live with the choice we make at the polls. For me, to not choose is evasion. If the answer for me is "none of the main candidates" then my only choice is a third or other party vote. My vote must go to whoever I think might make my life better, or at least not worse regardless of whether I shape the final outcome or not. I hope that all of us are guided by the "ME" principal instead of blind party lines or a feeling of inevitability. If we do not put our interest first I guarantee the winner will not either.

My math skills are excellent; and I plan to vote for the best qualified candidate. It's not my fault that the Democrat and Republican Party voters picked the two worst candidates, probably in this county's history. Both candidates are counting on the other's negative numbers for their best chance to win; that's no way to pick a leader, but that's what it's come down to. If you guys think Trump is the best thing ever, by all means vote for him, twice if you can, woo-hoo for your enthusiasm. I'm going to vote for a candidate that deserves my vote.

But lets keep it simple. Ten people in a room going to elect a leader. Four want the Red. Three want the Yellow. Two decide, in good conscience, to vote for Blue. One abstains because "Pie" wasn't a choice on the ballot. Red wins- done. Not because Red had the most votes, but because the slow kids in the room didn't understand the part about "one of the two top choices is going to win." Really as simple as that. |
