One lone holdout juror wanted to convict. Hopefully, this ends the guy's nightmare and hemorrhaging of money for defense attorneys.

Such bullshit, for a case that never should have been brought. Blame goes to the D.A., to the grand jurors who true-billed this, and to the lone juror who apparently feels like this guy should have just let the illegals kill him and his wife.

Prosecutions of this type are a huge windfall for the district attorneys' offices, as they can spend millions on studies, surveys, experts and consulting firms.

A few decades ago the AZ rancher would not have been tried.
My uncle shot and killed a man and reported the next day the
incident. All the sherriff said was thanks for letting us know.

This case is beyond ridiculous......they can't even prove it was Allen's gun that killed the man.....he literally could be being tried for the killing of a fellow drug cartel member by their own gangs.......they went into Mexico to find the only witness, who admitted he never was there that day, and is himself a twice convicted felon and thug........I mean who exactly is this POS Sheriff and DA working for.
