I had cold feet...

No, not lack of nerve. A couple of months ago I started having cold feet, like blood circulation wasn't getting to my feet. Everyone blamed it on that, so I exercised even more. It didn't help; my feet were still cold, especially my left foot.

I did some internet research until I found an old folk remedy: It said that my circulatory system might need to be "shocked" to bring the circulation to my feet back. It recommended frequent soaking in hot water. I tried it, and after a week my feet were warmer; after two weeks my feet were warm as ever.

Go figure, but it worked.

I wear sox and sweat pants/Tshit to bed so my legs don't freeze heavy comfarter too.....feet always cold, my wife is hot stuff, so I take my frozen hands and put on her neck/back and she just extatic with relief....my hands are always frozen, unless outside working....in decent/warm weather....

piss poor circulation, just the way it is...I suppose....
