That was a very funny video But JC is from Detroit, don't make the mistake of presuming people from there have a sense of humor. They might, but it's probably not worth the risk.

A Detroiter moved into the corner house adjoining my property a bunch of years back. Double lot, one of which was undeveloped and shared a boundary with my property. After a year he put up a for sale sign and I went knocking to ask if he might consider selling the empty lot separately. All I can say is Holy Shit, that was a mistake!

To make a long story longer, after the house sold I became aware that the empty lot was listed with a relator so I contacted him and doubled the size of my property. All's well that ends well
