Back in the era of those hood knife/hair picks the Albany Police were tough, they tolerated no bullshit and were rather quick to do street justice. It was also common in that era for problem people to fall down the stairs, some were so clumsy they fell a couple times!


The street punks soon learned that getting caught with that "comb'' could get you hurt by the police.

Some wore that thing in that mess they called hair and other hoods had different place to keep it. The way the cops would remove then they always managed to stick or slice the owner sometimes quite severely. For the most part those ghetto punks are not too smart but they quickly learned about having that item on them.

Just checking in to see if the thread realized that the "Artist" who created the Bronze Penis is the same one who created the Monster Fro Pick? Looks like ALL of his "Work" is steeped only in black history and issues, so not sure why this racist hasn't been canceled yet.

My city, Coral Springs, has about 150K residents, and obviously are always looking at ways to steal taxpayer money with DUMBARSE SHIT!!
The city approves at least one new public scuplture each year, all are ugly as shit, and no one cares, only those in gov office getting the kickback.
Here is the latest, I think the cost was $150+K, I believe the artist's first name was hunter, or crackhead.
