They canceled the riots in Billings Montucky for the reason the only black person they could find in the state was in Bozeman 141 miles away. When asked why he didn't want to riot Mr. Willie Johnson said. "I didn't want to miss the Sanford and Son reruns" Plus his arthritis has been acting up.
