I’ve never been accused of being cheap. Remember I’m dumb….

My neighbor GAVE me his house! My rental house was a gift. This is what happens when you don’t judge someone when you help out the elderly for free, when you clear their driveway from snow and cut their grass. This is when you remove trees and stumps just because you have a backhoe. This happens after years of being a good neighbor.

OP should end up with clogged water lines and a failing sewage system draining into his driveway! Talking so horribly about the poor sick dude….

Two years ago roughly my MIL may she RIP, passed. We found it to our families benefit to avoid the 500/800.00 pr hr attorneys probate fees, as quoted.
