Too early here to plant...probably. I adhere by the Easter Sunday rule because it has snowed here in late April. I plan to have sweet corn, Kale, beets, spinach, turnips, collards, tomatoes, melons (watermelon and cantaloupe), kohlrabi, chard, artichokes, zucchini, Winter squash, and Bok Choi. Those, together with the plums, pears, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and pomegranate I already have, should make a great garden.

Nothing like fresh veggies from the garden followed by dessert eaten in the garden!

Mostly limited to herbs in pots at the mobile home park. My chives have come back, so has mint, thyme and lavender. In about a month I will plant some basil and a tomato bush or two. We planted a rhubarb plant in one of the small planter boxes we have.

This year the owners of the mobile home park built a dog park, which is a fenced in gravel area. It's almost done and really nice. We are discussing with the manager a community garden, perhaps next year. I told them I will build the boxes if they pay for the lumber. There's a good amount of space around the large propane tanks because structures are not allowed within so many feet of them.

I planted the following:

1 Better Boy Tomato plant (not producing yet, planted about 2 weeks ago)

1 Jalapeno Pepper Plant (99cents store purchase, not producing yet)

2 Cucumber Seeds, they gaining steam, but not producing (planted 1 month ago)

2 Bush Bean Seeds (planted a month ago, starting to get some beans, still babies - I need to start a few more so I'll have a supply over the summer)

Basil and Oregano is going good, I'm using it already.

Hold over strawberry patch is still producing a few berries...

That is about all I am going to do this year, maybe add some strawberry's, but that's it.

My juvenile Meyer Lemon tree is starting to go OFF. But thus far my mandarin tree has not produced fruit.
