Default Fcking Dell customer service

Trying to get a monitor warranty repaired and Dell doesn't offer chat support for this product. Guess what this ****er doesn't speak english. Tried to give him my email several times for some forms I need to fill out to get this monitor replaced and can't understand a ****ing word he says.

the moment I yell for him to get his manager on the damn phone it's a miracle...habib speaks english that you can understand. I finally get the email and he then asks for the shipping address for the replacement monitor.

**** NO! I'll save myself 45 minutes and add it to the email. If Dell would bring their tech support and customer service back to the states, they'd have a lot more customers.

/rant.

Dell sucks ass.

We had a rash of Dell laptops with batteries that simply quit holding a charge. We switched to Lenovo Think Pads which are mildly better but zero battery issues.

Roughly 200 or so in service.

So who is going to be supplying your computer equipment going forward?

Dell - I thought so. DJ is all bark and no bite.

Get this...when I started here we had all apple products running mostly Windows 7 natively. why? Well, long story short our CIO at the time was a shady mother ****er who was also on some Apple Education board of advisers and getting $$$ from it. Complete PIA, so we finally got around to enforcing policies such as if you want Windows 10, you get a Dell. If you want MAC OS, you get a Mac product but have to justify the need. No compelling justification... you get a Dell product with Win10.

I have roughly 2500 computers in service at this campus alone and all but maybe 150 are Dell products which i rarely have issues with until the warranty runs out...and then it's time to replace them anyway due to how our life cycle replacement schedule is set up. Most times, I still don't have any issues.

I have 5-year next day at my house bumper to bumper warranty from Dell on my monster notebook. Yes it was an $8k notebook, so one would expect a nice warranty, but I've had to use it and it was exceptional. Would buy again.

My three PCs and laptop are all Dell's. Refurbished commercial Dells, not the home crap.

That's funny, because in a lot of your posts, it sounds like you're on your period.

I got a new motherboard and monitor out of them last year for a three year old laptop, no questions asked. Wife bought the extended warranty. It's the one time one of those actually paid for itself.

I’ve experienced the same complete lack of representative support from Rock Auto! If you have that occasional issue where you positively need to chat or speak to someone, anyone from Rock Auto you are screwed. Robo-auto connectivity, only. Will never buy anything from them again.
