Evening fukeroos... Too bad isn't Friday night.
Avoided a migraine today so I'm going to bed early as it's still trying to hang on.

If dry ice is an actual thing then why isn’t dry water?
Doesn’t make any cents.

I’ve been eating a 7-day leftover variation of seafood scampi since I made it a week ago.

Might make eggs tonight instead.

60-hour work week?
Pffff.

The last time I had a break was March 1997.

I once had a break when I went to a trade show in Vegas for 4 days.
Bored as hell when I wasn’t walking through the convention center.
Nothing to do there if you don’t gamble.

That was 11 years ago.
If its not Sunday or a major holiday; its work.

I made a giant sauté pan of scampi sauce last week with shrimp and chicken.

The sauce was 3 times the meats.
So, every night I came home and cooked some kind of seafood to add to the old recipe.
The problem is how do I know which is the week-old seafood left in the sauce vs the new that I just added?

Last night I cooked some fake pressed lobster tail meat and fresh shrimp and added to the old scampi mixture.

Been eating it every night without having to deal with anymore diarrhea than usual.
