had a small blood draw yesterday. decided to make the most of the remainder of the month (birthday is later in the month), so I informed Mrs. DAB that if she asks me to do something that I don't want to do, i'll just claim that in "my weakened condition" that it's not advisable to do it.

her eyes rolled around about 3 times. busted.

we need to send Leah the idiot dog off to doggie day care later today, we'll pick her up tomorrow afternoon when we are back home.

early to bed tonight, early check in tomorrow.

i was looking thru my old bills a few days ago, found the bill for the pacemaker install.

retail price (before insurance kicked in) was: $113,110.36



will be interesting to see what this one runs before my insurance is applied. that's why i chose a plan this year with a fairly low Out Of Pocket max.

so maybe this one will make me richer!

With three pacemakers and three ablations, I figure our insurance over the years has close to a million tied up in my wife's pulse.
