Pronounced /meɪˈjuːtɪk/Help with pronunciation

The maieutic method is Socratic: a person is engaged in a dialogue by a questioner until frustration caused by challenges to his ideas leads him to dissatisfaction with his settled convictions and makes him refine his views.

Somebody please go over to his "I'm O.K." thread, quote post #920 and set Sperggie straight. I started this thread out of genuine concern and he went right back to his old posting habits within a day or two. I, saying this as a friend, can see that he wants more attention than help and he should get a phone with a very limited data plan.
