Anyone have rotator cuff problems. Feels like i got
a permanent charlie horse on the top of my shoulder.
Dreading the Ortho schedule/visit, can't do the surgery anytime soon.
Do Drs give cortisone shots for this?
****ed up is an understatement.

Have a good one.
Had rotator cuff surgery on both shoulders!
Hopefully the shots will work for you and or PT. [I'm still getting shots after the surgeries]

I reside in Northern Broward County, if you are ever near PM me, we can have a few. Ringo always sits on a stool next to me, do not piss him off and all will go well.

The collection is about 900 scotch and over 100 bourbon bottles.
I always have three full decanters on the bar and a few open bottles ready for pouring, also about 100 beers in the garage fridge.

Yet another one of my collections in life,,, thought it would be cheaper than cars, but is catching up quick.

I need both cuffs repaired, left worse than right, both hurt like hell, still play golf weekly and lift weights 4-5 days a week, both have been very bad for past 6+ years.
So, how long is the total recovery, I was told up to 9 months??
If so I will wait until I cannot lift my arm(s), as 9 months of not doing the things I enjoy will kill me, plus all of my cars are manuals, so I will assume surgery on my right shoulder will not allow me to drive / shift.

Recovery will depend on how much surgery is involved but around 9 months is prolly close. Drop the amount of weight you are lifting! Don't push it!!!

In April of 2017 I slipped and fell backwards on a golf course and tore my right rotator cuff. I had taken delivery of a 2016 M7 Coupe at the end of December. I was not able to drive it again until late August of that year. I was actually in PT until December. RC injuries are a bitch

Very nice collection. I am in southern Nassau county (Amelia Island) Steve_R is here too. We both like to play golf and drink scotch. Maybe a road trip would be in order

I declare today the “I’m a Porter day” here.

Let’s reflect on what that truly means…. Based on everybody's ailments and seeking guidance on Porter can answer based on his experience. Why?

Porter has had:
2 rotator maybe three surgeries
2 going on three hip surges
And during PT, falls on and is haunted by yoga mats still to this day

He is the resident VB bar bolt up guy.

Everybody’s goal is to not live the life of Porter as all those GIF’s posted most likely are true

…..and STFU Porter
