Blood pressure is fine. Might tweak dosage since have felt faint a couple of times in the last few weeks. Also asked if he supported the use of ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine. He did not. Guess I shouldn’t be surprised.

The HCTZ part was the killer for me. Once doc removed it and went to straight Lisinopril I had no more dizzies.

Doc jsut upped my dosage from 20mg to 40mg because my BP was still too high. I drink lots of water, orange juice, maybe one can of coke a week, and maybe have a drink ever couple of weeks. It's really weird.

Lisinopril gave my FIL a wicked dry cough especially when they upped the dosage.
For me it actually raised my BP...
I dropped it and adjusted diet a bit to keep it to a just high level. I've always had a higher bp than normal. I was 20 they were trying put me on meds... It hasn't changed much since then.
Salt intake isn't my issue nor was adjusted either as I'm a salt aholic big time.

Hmmm, I’m not on any meds for BP, I’ve been a 120/80 guy all my life. Last two doctor visits 140/90…. ? I’m concerned.

I’m in pretty good shape (185lbs 5’11”)eat well and exercise daily. Gotta admit to a new past time of drinking beer. I never drank my entire life, until I turned 50! Then boom….?

Idk why I always associated high BP with overweight? I know it’s not always a tell tale….?

Salt is my weakness like you, can’t get enough.
