How's the sleep been going Lisa, getting more than 4 or 5 hrs I hope.
My sleep pattern has changed, I can't get to sleep(probably from lack of activity and too much tv) so I crash super hard, wake up stiff middle of the night, rinse and repeat.
I tried that melotonin(sp) and gave me wicked nightmares twice so no more of those.
Don't ask me why that just popped into my brain....

Have a good day everyone, day of rest for me as may have pushed my luck yesterday a wee bit. Stupid body.

Glad to see Porter is back and home finally.

Sleeping has improved. I would say around 5-6 hours average the past few months. Anything over 4 hours is a win. I can fall sleep but wake up.

That's about what I'm averaging also, anything much less than 5 and I'm a drooling idiot(so normal for me ). I function best with 7. Taking an afternoon nap is almost mandatory now or I feel badly run down.
I know I haven't felt well the last couple of months as I have to wear socks to bed alot(haven't done that many a couple times a year in about 30 years) and some nights sleep pants and extra blanket even. That's usually with heating pad burning all night for the back also. I'm starting to not like this getting older stuff.
Wish Bear would sleep with me as he's a hot little thing, he gets too hot after a half hr and goes to his cushy pad and fan.

I had given up getting an MRI this century... They called left a message, of course didn't leave which extension so took 20 minutes to actually talk to the correct person. Nice....
Dec 26th only takes 45 minutes and no prep nor fasting.
Of course this means next Dr appt and treatments all next year so their **** ups cost me 5k minimum as I'm sure treatment whatever it is will cost a fortune. I really do hate alot of people. You guys not included of course goes without saying but I said it anyways.
I'm gonna stick a fork in an outlet, it'll be an improvement over most days.

You know, it's kind of odd.
I'm putting a new hood liner on my '76 vette.
I took the hood off to do it in the house, as I'm spraying 3M #80 glue on the
hood and liner, and it's rather cold in the garage.
So I put an old sheet down on my daughter's bed (her kids use it when they
sleep over - haven't done that since covid 2020 days)
sprayed the hood and liner, and pressed in place.
It's curing now.

NOBODY yelled at me.
