I'm a problem solver; in my haste I forgot about the Giant Sequoias and Redwood Forest would be lost forever in the salt water, so, I realized the Navy guy brought out important info and made a change.

Great leaders like me can understand sometimes there are better ideas.

Sweden hits herd immunity. Only 1 or 2 deaths per day since July. I'm so old I remember way back in June how the perpetual lockdown fanatics were using Sweden as an example of what not to do. Not a single kid has died there, no lockdowns, and no mask mandates period. No businesses forced to close or undertake ridiculous "safety" measures.

The overall death rate is better than some countries that did full-on lockdowns, and slightly worse than some others. But they didn't wreck their economy. Huh.

Take New York state and compare it to Sweden. NY is an absolute shit-show in comparison.

I just want to reiterate. Even the WHO now admits that asymptomatic CoVID-19+ humans don't spread the virus. The only reason you would want to wear a mask in public was if you were feeling ill, coughing or sneezing a lot, or otherwise didn't want to spread your sickness around. If you are feeling fine and stay the hell away from sick people who are coughing and sneezing and wash your hands regularly (like I always do anyway) there is absolutely no reason for any of this perpetual Kabuki theater and we need to just stand up to these petty tyrants because they hate you and me so very badly.
