Default I Get Tired Of This Crap.......

.......real quick. First dumping of winter, don't get much snow here, but when we do, it gets to be a pain in the ass for all. All it takes is a few inches, and that's too much.

I remember some 55 years ago, a violent storm came through, swept all the snow off my folks 2 acre lot, into the cut through for the street, steep hill on both sides, and around the corner, so that weekend we/I went walking out on the property, and of course being curious/stupid, I stepped over the horse fence to the top of the terrace, and slid down 10' to bottom of the ditch at roadside, had a hell of a time climbing back up.......not so very long after that Dad got a inquiry from some contractor/builder to take that hillside out, for the dirt, and they replanted the grass, fence, and trees, down from a 10' drop to about 2-3' today.....

and of course that 4' of snow in my driveway in early '95 and my moving that spring to FLORIDA.....

I, for one, am looking forward to our next snowstorm. I bought a new snowblower this year & got to use it on a sort of medium snowfall. I've since made some changes (richer carb jet, adjusted scraper blade, etc.) & am looking forward to using it again.

Damn that’s a nice one, I’ve thought about going with a track drive Honda a few times, then I looked at the price That and my 8hp 24” Ariens does such a good job I can’t justify the new one

There is nothing like the hydrostatic transmission in those Hondas

It was a balmy 73 here today. Nice weather for playing golf. The place we moved from got almost a foot of snow.

This was from earlier afternoon today...we've gotten some more, haven't taken updated pics yet. Prob about 6" or so now total...

My neighbor broke out the snowblower and did all 3 of our driveways and the pipestem...my plow guy never made it out here, which pisses me off

over the weekend, we got 8-10 inches in about 36 hours; our first snow.

Some years our total snowfall for the season isn't that much :yikes:
