Trump just wanted to show Missile Boy that he is willing to do anything that he needs to do in order to make the US great again, including pissing off our allies.
I wouldn't be surprised if he didn't give Trudeau a heads up that he was going to do it.

What everyone inthe world has to get beaten into them, which will not happen due to the failed media, is that this could have been avoided. After decades of appeasement and posturing all we got was our worst nightmare. Another nutcase with nukes.

Now look at the MSM narrative on NK and POTUS the last 9 months or so. NK is tossing nukes around, sending missiles over Japan and stuff. Trump says "Fire and Fury", calls Kim "Rocketman" and taunts him. TRUMP IS GOING TO START A NUCLEAR WAR! ALL THIS BELLIGERENT TALK DAMAGES ANY CHANCE FOR PEACE!

On and on and on.

Then, suddenly Kim starts talking peace. Wants to get rid of his nuclear arsenal. Wants to have a summit. What? But you can't get from their starting point to that point without having a reason. What is the MSM's reason? They don't have one. Kim just rolled over to have his belly rubbed, like no dictator ever. So of course they purposefully missed the whole reason this happened, and that it was a very difficult and well-executed multi-pronged plan to make it happen. It was something that would have never even occurred to a President Hillary.

NK was controlled by their version of the Deep State. Specifically powerful Chinese and NK elites who kept Kim, and his father before, in a box and essentially a hostage. They were not free to do much of anything beyond being a figurehead. When Kim started making a bit of noise about his predicament, they killed his brother.

But POTUS had a plan. First he made a deal with China. Cut the strings in NK or suffer badly on trade with us. He was serious. They blinked. China and the US then sent in operatives to cut the remaining strings. Lots of people woke up to a knife running across their neck. Literally strings cut.

Then Kim was finally not a hostage any longer. He was free to make this deal. The deal itself, BTW, was made last November in Beijing. This summit was just a scripted movie for public consumption. Plus it took those six months to finalize a lot of details. This is why you will see things move much more quickly than you would think. This deal is completely done. NK will denuclearize with international oversight. Aid will flood into their country, from SK, China, the USA, and Japan. Probably other countries also. And their people will be free.

That said, expect the IG report to drop around Thursday but be very heavily redacted. This is Rosenstein's doing, and goes against the agreement he made a few weeks ago in the meeting with the Gang of Eight, Gowdy, and Gen. Kelley. Yeah, Gowdy is a black hat apparently but in this case Rosenstein agreed to transparency but will go back on his word.

That's OK. The reason the IG took so long with this release is because at first he was going to release just the Muh Russia/tarmac meeting part of the report and then later the Clinton email portion. But Trump wanted them released at the same time so he only needed one executive order to declassify the entire thing. Zero redactions. If Trump had to do two separate EO's, the left would cry politics. They will still, but it will be much cleaner with just the one. The IG isn't dumb, he wouldn't put in anything that threatened NatSec. All the redactions are to cover up bad actor's crimes. This EO is already signed and just waiting for the right time. Rosenstein still has a brief window to do the right thing but it's quickly closing. 24 FBI agents are waiting to testify if need be. Believe me, the Deep State doesn't want that to happen, but it will if they press any further. These agents will have protection from any sort of blackballing shenanigans.

Just in: President Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un signed a document today stating that Pyongyang would work toward "complete denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula"— a historic concession, which was one of the requirements the U.S. sought at the summit in Singapore.

The historic agreement came after the two leaders held several meetings throughout the day. Trump was asked by a reporter if Kim agreed to denuclearize and he said, “We are starting that process very quickly.”

Trump told reporters that the remains of U.S. prisoners of war and those missing in action during the Korean War will also be returned.

Trump said he asked Kim to commit to returning the remains "and we got it."

The president said he has received "countless calls" and letters from family members asking him to help them receive the remains of their loved ones.
