Remote Starters, install and recommendations

I want to put a remote starter into the new minivan, 2006 Mercury Monterey. Anyone have any suggestions to a good reliable one that's pretty straightforward to install?

Check your factory dealership, they should have recommended installers.

My 05 Tahoe was installed by GM and works great and from a distance.

$240, or you can do it yourself.

I don't have the time, I just wanted it done and done right.

The one in my truck is a Prestige and works well. However, if your car requires a special key or FOB nearby to start you could be looking at a dealer install.

A few of the dealers in this area send cars to Ziebart for remote starter installations............

Just had one installed in my wife's T-bird.....150.00....had a local car audio shop do it....one year warranty, parts and labor....
