Well I can honestly say that I am glad that this idiot doesn't drive in the Washington DC metroplex. We already have way too many people who don't know how to drive without adding this foolishness, especially on I-95/-295/-395.

On the other hand, the local and state constabulary would have been much more diligent in chasing the guy in the Mercedes and would have used their Motorola's to coordinate closing in on him.
