Lost my Mom May 18. She was sitting in her favorite chair when she suffered a heart attack. I was with her an hour before. She called me and said something was wrong, she was having trouble staying conscious. I ran next door, called the EMT's and was with her til the end. I still think of her and miss her several times a day. She had told many of her friends and coworkers the last few years were the happiest she'd ever been. The only thing that keeps me from breaking down is knowing that the last three years she was my neighbor as well as my Mother and my friend, and I did all I could for her to help her be happy.

Very sorry to here. Just keep the happy times in mind. Gotta go now. Something in my eye...

I love that woman with every fiber of my being, but that just wasn't enough. Her time had come. She didn't suffer, as she passed seeping in her favorite chair not long after she told me how much she loved me.
