Just my 'o1 "Z" seats or all C5's poor ?
Had to do the "rocking fix " that didn't do the fix...Bolster seam trying to split...electric seat position control very unpredictable...not the most confortable on long runs...and on...and on...and on

I think it's all of em because I hear a lot of people complaining about them. Personally I haven't had any problems although I did replace my skins this summer. I also find the seats comfortable for long drives but I've never had a real fancy car so these are about the best seats I've ever had. lol

The (optional) sport seats for the C5s are marginally better than the base/Z06 seats...I find them comfortable on long road trips, but they too, suck for holding you in place during more spirited driving. And yeah, the stock leather material on all of them is crap and quite thin and fragile.
Never had the rocking seat or electric probs with them though. 'Course I don't use the memory or easy exit features either. I'm the only driver of it, so other than for cleaning, the seats don't ever move. |

Knock on wood, haven't had any problem with the seats. Have converted the seats to sports seats and find them more comfortable than the originals. Don't offer that much more support while on the track.

I actually haven't minded my seats. No problems so far, but after 8 years, they're going to go sooner rather than later.
Anybody have any reccommendations for new seats? |

I haven't had any problems with the seats as far as wear or comfort. I did the seat rock repair about two years ago and got rid of that aggravation.

I replaced my sport seats with Corbue seats. They sure make it easier to take a curve fast.

I don't need em! The GMC "DD" has remote start, heater in Winter and AC in summer is automatically kicked on when remote start is enabled! 10 min before I leave she is nice and toasty or Chilly depending on Outside Temp! |
