I generally drink my Scotch neat, but I prefer bourbon with a small amount of water... not ice which blunts the aroma with the cold... as the water "opens" the whiskey making the flavors a bit more distinct.

Big fan here. Funny gal. Her fifth album was released recently. She is also on the Facebook with occasional live events. Always has straight whiskey/whisky on the set.
