Default Why does a full propane tank...
cause the room to have a distinct propane odor the first couple of hours using the heater? Then the odor disappears. I'm talking about one of those 15 lb. "bottles" with a single burner heater.

Inside the work shop. Heat for me and the cats. I've noticed that the odor always occurs with a full tank.

CNG comes from Canada.
They must really be digging deep lately.
The tank I put on my grill a few weeks ago smells like I have a leak when I'm using it.
I turn the tank off after every use, and the tank is still full.
