Daughter will be 17 next week and she's been doing great and she's working a part time job to pay for the increase in insurance and her gas. She's not doing competitive dancing anymore so that's saving on the expenses big time.

Son has started his online drivers classes and I'd say by year end he'll have his restricted permit. Not sure what we'll do when he gets his license on what car he'll drive. He'll also need a job to help pay too. Right now he's still heavy in to baseball and high school field practice is next week then tryouts in a few weeks. He's been practicing with his travel team too on the weekends.

Busy around Morgan manor #2 for sure.

You can store your Vette at Morgan Manor #1 while you kids are in school. I promise I will take great care of it. I take great care of Candie's Vette. (Actually that is not totally true, but it still runs).

The sad part is there are SO many dumb asses here that have a back yard full of dogs that will have no protection and freeze to death.

We have a giant Main Coon cat that hangs out in our back yard. He is an absolute monster! He weighs twenty five pounds easily. Hell, he might control the dog population in our neighborhood. His head is absolutely huge! He is solid as a rock. The cold weather doesn't seem to bother him.

We have mountains (kinda). It used to snow more down here in the piedmont. Still purdy. This ain’t nuthin. And a layer of rain sleet crap under it. Present conditions.

It will absorb into mother earth and become snow molecules again I think. I hope.
